Omega Form Subscription Terms

How It Works When you purchase an Omega Form subscription (e.g., "The Protocol" or individual replenish items), you are signing up for recurring shipments at the frequency you selected (e.g., every 30, 45, or 60 days).

Billing & Renewal Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each new billing cycle. You will be charged the same amount for each shipment unless price changes are communicated in advance.

Cancellation & Flexibility There are no long-term contracts. You can pause, skip a shipment, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Manage Subscriptions link in your account portal.

• Deadline: You must cancel or modify your order at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for that shipment.
• After Processing: If a renewal order has already been processed and a tracking number generated, we cannot cancel that specific shipment. The cancellation will go into effect for the next cycle.

Refunds on Subscriptions Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not offer refunds on subscription renewals that have already shipped. If you forget to cancel before the deadline, the product is yours to keep.
