REFUND & RETURN POLICY

THE OMEGA FORM STANDARD We built this system to work. We didn't cut corners on ingredients, and we don't hide behind complicated legal jargon.

1. THE 30-DAY GUARANTEE We want you to use the products. Skincare takes time to show results. If you have used the kit consistently for 2 weeks and aren't seeing the difference in your skin's texture or appearance, we will refund your purchase price.

• Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
• Condition: We accept returns on opened/used products because we want you to actually try them.

2. HOW TO INITIATE We are a lean operation. You won't be dealing with a call center; you'll be dealing with the team that built the brand.

• To start a return, email us at info@getomegaform.com.
• Please include your Order Number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't work for you. (We ask this strictly to improve our formulas, not to interrogate you).

3. THE "FAIR USE" GUARDRAIL To protect our business from abuse, we enforce the following limits:

• One Per Customer: The Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for one return per customer or household lifetime. If you return a kit, you cannot order again in the future. We are looking for partners, not renters.
• Original Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will refund the full cost of the product, but the cost to get it to your door is final.

4. DAMAGES & ISSUES We use heavy glass and high-density foam to protect your kit, but accidents happen in transit.

• If your kit arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo immediately. We will ship a replacement part (bottle or jar) at no cost to you.
